Terms of Use for MindPlace: Learn Around You

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using MindPlace: Learn Around You on iOS you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

These terms are a contract for the software experience itself. Apple's Media Services terms, App Store review guidelines, and any Apple platform agreements still apply to how you obtain and pay for the binary.

MindPlace: Learn Around You is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited licence below, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

Licence grant

MindPlace: Learn Around You provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. We grant you a limited licence to run the unmodified app obtained from Apple on iOS.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with other people's devices or Apple services.
• Do not bypass licence checks, sandbox limits, or purchase entitlements.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material, or another person's private data without rights.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Together, that notice and these terms describe the product. If they conflict on a data-handling point, the Privacy Policy controls for that point.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindPlace: Learn Around You is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular professional purpose. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded remain in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Juliana Mendes Castro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Brazil.

Apple as a third-party beneficiary of store rules

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the licence restrictions that Apple requires in app agreements, and that Apple may enforce those restrictions. That does not make Apple a party to every sentence of this HTML.
